This Privacy Policy describes how we process information about you, including your personal data and cookies.
1. General information
- This Privacy Policy applies to the Website available at the URL address Patrick.pro.
- The Website Operator and the Personal Data Controller is: Patrick.pro Patryk Cieśluk Łanowa 15A/3, 61-489 Poznań, Poland.

- The Operator is the Controller of your personal data provided voluntarily at the Website.
- The Website uses personal data for the purposes of the following:
- online chats,
- handling inquiries sent via the form,
- performing any ordered services,
- presenting offers or information.
- The Website collects information on Users and their behaviour as follows:
- Data voluntarily provided by filling in forms are recorded in the Operator’s systems.
- Cookie files are saved on end devices.
2. Selected data safety measures used by the Operator
- Login and personal data entry points are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This means that the personal data and logging-in data entered at the Website are encrypted in the User’s computer and can only be read on the target server.
3. Hosting
- The Website is hosted (maintained technically) on the Operator’s server: dhosting.
4. Your rights and information on how your data is used
- In certain situations, the Data Controller has a right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if this is necessary to perform an agreement between the Controller and yourself or to fulfil the Controller’s duties. This applies to the following types of recipient:
- law firms and debt enforcement firms,
- online chat operators,
- authorised employees and associates who use the data in connection with running the Website for its intended purpose.
- Businesses providing marketing services to the Data Controller.
- The Data Controller will not process your personal data for a longer period than necessary to perform any activities involving the data, specified in separate provisions of law (such as accounting law). Data used for marketing purposes will not be processed longer than for 3 years.
- You have a right to request the following from the Data Controller:
- access to your personal data,
- rectification of your data,
- erasure of your data,
- restriction of processing of your data,
- data portability.
- As regards the processing referred to in point 4.1, you have a right to object to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, including profiling, however, the right to object may not be exercised if there are legitimate grounds for the processing overriding your interests, rights and liberties, in particular such grounds as the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
- You may lodge a complaint against the Controller’s activities to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office at ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
- Providing personal data is voluntary, but required to use the Website.
- Activities involving automated decision-making, including profiling, may be undertaken in relation to yourself for the purpose of providing services under a concluded agreement and for the purpose of the Controller’s direct marketing activities.
- Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of data protection law. This means that we will not send your personal data outside the European Union.
5. Information provided through forms
The Website collects information voluntarily provided by the User, including personal data, if any.
The Website may save information on connection parameters (time details, IP address).
In certain cases, the Website may save information helping to associate the data in a form with the User’s email address. When that is the case, the User’s email address will appear in the url of the page containing the form..
Data provided in a form are processed for the purpose resulting from its function, e.g. in order to process a service request or business contact, service registration, etc. Each time the context and description of the form explains clearly what it is used for.
6. Administrator logs
Information on Users’ behaviour on the Website may be saved in logs. Such data are used in order to Administer the Website.
7. Important marketing techniques
- The Operator uses website traffic statistics analysis provided by Google Analytics (Google Inc., USA). The Operator only transfers anonymized information rather than personal data to the provider of the service. The service is based on cookies saved in the User’s device. The User may browse and edit information contained in cookie files (information on user preferences collected by the Google advertising network) using the website: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
- The Operator uses a User behaviour analysis solution involving heat mapping and session recording. Any information collected are anonymized before sending to the provider of the service so that the provider is now aware of the identity of any individuals concerned. In particular, no passwords or other personal data are recorded.
- The Operator uses a solution automating the functioning of the Website as regards communication with Users, e.g. sending emails to a User after they visit a specific page, as long as they have consented to receiving any commercial emails from the Operator.
8. Cookies
- The website uses cookies.
- Cookie files (known as “cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files, stored on the Website User’s end device and designed to allow the User to use the Website. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they originate from, the cookie’s lifetime and a unique identifier.
